01Our story
Built from the homeowner’s frustration.
Solmana was established in 2020 as a construction consultancy, helping homeowners navigate the complicated construction process — comparing bids, reviewing contracts, managing budgets, and keeping projects on track.
Over five years and more than 300 projects, we sat on the homeowner’s side of the table and felt their frustration with general contractors firsthand: missed timelines, surprise costs, poor communication.
In 2025, we obtained our general contractor license (CSLB #1146040) so we could take control of the entire process ourselves — from first estimate to final walkthrough — and deliver projects the way we always advised they should be done.
